OPERATIONS TEAM

Vickie has been in property management for 25+ years. She holds an Arizona Real Estate License and will be working toward her ACom certification. In her spare time Vickie enjoys teaching and practicing Yoga and spending time with family and close friends.

Born and mostly raised in Florida, Austin has concentrated his efforts on retail and landlord leasing representation and sales for 10+ years. Graduating from the University of South Carolina with a focus in marketing, management, and real estate, his passion for real estate grew as a young professional out of college. When he's not brokering, he enjoys cooking, traveling, playing golf, and is a big sports fan.

Tracy has been in commercial real estate since college. She has obtained an RPA & FMA designation as well as her Florida real estate license. She enjoys collaborating with the team to ensure each investment is a success.
She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her two kids who are in college and her dog. She loves the beach, nature trails, and outdoor restaurants - just about everything related to the outdoors brings her happiness.

Jason specializes in the supermarket, food, fashion, fitness and hospitality industries – ranging from local relevant “mom & pop” operators, to Michelin Star chef’s, budding hospitality groups, regional / national chains and the like. Jason’s core focus is dealing with relevant brands and thoughtful, exciting projects. He entrenches himself in every transaction and remains actively involved in negotiations – all the way through to completion.
