Mr. Mayer is the Chief Executive Officer, a Managing Director and a major owner of Associated Ventures LLC. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and a major shareholder of Associated Ventures Capital, LLC. He has been the managing general partner involved in the development and acquisition of real estate projects with an aggregate value approaching $800,000,000 in today’s dollars. Company activities included all phases of acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and management. The partnerships developed 28 projects consisting of retail, industrial, residential, office and hotels ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 250,000 square feet.
